Published by Craftways Corporation, this magazine showcases some of the best designs of Sept/Oct 1989. It also has articles about designers, as well as new products and techniques. It used to be one of the top selling magazines until it was discontinued.

Included designs are:
1. The Rose Garden - Take time to stroll along the garden path. Smell the roses - and enjoy a sampling of old and new varieties of the best-loved of all flowers.

2. Heart Catchers; Flag-Waving Bears and Geese on Parade - For sheer fun - ass a whimsical fly swatter to your country kitchen.

3. Hardanger Heart - Hardanger - you know it as the 22-count fabric with twin thread woven as one. But "Hardanger" also refers to a distinctive style of embroidery from Norway (originating in the province of - Hardanger!).

4. Special Delivery - The Pony Express rides again - to charm you and keep your family organized. An enterprising teddy compels his rollicking horse into action, keeping your mail in order and keys accessible, through rain, sleet or snow.

5. Three Wise Men and Camel - ...bearing gifts and travelling far. The fabled generosity of the Magi led to the Christmas tradition of gift giving. Bring the spirit of Christmas into your home with a complete Nativity scene, of which these three sages and a splendidly appointed camel are the third and final installment.

6. Gander Gourmet- Sit yourself down to enjoy a feast of delectable place mat designs created by our readers.

7. Country Collectibles - Jean Farish found her niche as a designer and publisher.

8. Carousel Rabbit - This energetic fellow is a replica of one of Gustav Dentzel's creations. A 19th-century German emiger, this master craftsman carved a fantasy menagerie which includes some of American's most beautifully detailed carousel animals, now museum pieces.

9. Homage to the Farm Series; Tending the Animals - Drop in on the family farm, where everyone, human and animal alike, has a part to play.

10. Bay Horse - He's off and running to join his thoroughbred stable mate, the colt from the July/August '88 issue. Jan Sorrells' majestic equestrian design, so popular with our readers, has a companion in this beautiful bay.

Plus much much more! Thank you for looking and happy stitching!
